This is the entry point to the Microsoft track and the prerequisite for the four courses that follow. Microsoft's agent estate is the broadest and most fragmented of the three platforms — ready-made agents, Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Dynamics 365 agents, and Agent 365 as the governance control plane. This course builds an accurate map of that estate, teaches learners to choose the right abstraction level for a requirement, and establishes the governance and oversharing discipline that Microsoft deployments consistently get wrong.
