Interim principles

You agree not to:

1. Use the platform to build, train, or evaluate systems that violate UAE law, EU AI Act obligations, or any applicable export-control regime.
2. Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise extract our proprietary content beyond the fair-use limits granted by your seat.
3. Share or resell credentials, or misrepresent authorship of assessments.
4. Attempt to circumvent access controls or degrade service for others.
5. Post content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or infringes a third party's rights.

Enforcement is at our sole discretion and may include suspension, credential revocation, or full contract termination. Report suspected abuse to security@ithr.online.
