The Enterprise Agentic AI Academy ("Academy") is an educational product. All courses, lessons, quizzes, capstones, AI-tutor responses, career-mentor sessions, curriculum patches, and market-intelligence briefings are produced for professional development purposes only.

They are not:

• Professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax, or otherwise).
• A regulated qualification, degree, licence, or government-issued credential.
• A substitute for consultation with a qualified expert.

2. No Accreditation Claim

ITHR Academy is an independent issuer. We do not claim accreditation from any national or supranational accreditation body. Where a course references public standards (e.g. NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, FERPA, GDPR), the reference is educational: it does not imply that ITHR Academy is audited or certified against that standard.

3. AI-Generated Content Notice

Some Academy content — including the AI Tutor, AI Career Mentor, and the curriculum-patch draft engine — is generated in whole or in part by large-language-model systems. These systems can:

• Produce factual errors ("hallucinations").
• Present out-of-date information.
• Mis-summarise regulatory text.

Every AI-assisted response is generated in the context of the learner's question and does not constitute professional advice. Learners should verify safety-critical claims against primary sources.

4. Third-Party Materials

Where a course references third-party research, standards, or product documentation (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, NIST, ISO, etc.), the reference is for educational context only. ITHR Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these organisations unless expressly stated.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Completion of an Academy credential does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary uplift, or any specific business outcome. Learner outcomes depend on individual effort, prior experience, and market conditions.
