Building Your Own AI Assistant with Microsoft Copilot — Without Writing Code
Microsoft Track · Certified Agentic AI Practitioner — Microsoft Copilot Studio
Copilot Studio is the surface where most business-built Microsoft agents will be created, and where most governance failures will originate. This course teaches the full build discipline: knowledge design, instruction craft, actions and connectors, agent flows for deterministic steps, autonomous triggers, multi-agent orchestration, MCP tool interoperability, testing and analytics, channel publishing, and the message-based cost model that decides whether an agent is affordable at scale. Learners build, test, govern, cost and publish a working business-critical agent.
Learning objectives
- 01Build and publish a working Copilot Studio agent to a production standard
- 02Design knowledge and instructions that survive real user phrasing rather than demo phrasing
- 03Combine agentic reasoning with deterministic agent flows appropriately
- 04Red-team an agent, remediate every finding and prove remediation by re-test
- 05Model the message consumption cost of an agent and present a credible run-cost case
